Websites

A website that earns trust — and hands the lead to a system that knows what to do next.

We build fast, distinctive websites for businesses that need more than a brochure: lead capture, booking, payments, CRM routing, customer portals, and custom functionality when the public site is part of the operation.

Every site we build starts from the same question: what is this thing supposed to do? A beautiful page that doesn’t capture a lead is decoration.

Build yours below and you’ll have a real number and a real timeline before you talk to anyone. And if a site isn’t the whole answer — you need business systems behind it, custom backend work, or an app — add this to your quote, move to the next service, and keep building. It all comes back to you as one estimate.

Industries

What this looks like in practice.

Every industry has its own version of the same problem. These are the ones we know from the inside.

Case study

Built for our own business first.

Our own business

We built it for ourselves first.

A land investing business — acquiring, subdividing, and selling rural and residential land. Not a client project: it's the company Goldstone runs, and the reason most of the land tooling exists.

alot.land is the proof. It's a production site running real acquisition traffic, backed by the same stack Goldstone sells — and the deal-analysis apps in the investor bundle were all built to serve it first.

Goldstone didn’t build alot.land for a client. We built it for ourselves, and it’s been running acquisitions ever since.

That matters more than a portfolio piece normally would. The tooling in the investor package — due diligence, parcel research, subdivide analysis — exists because this business needed it. Every one of those apps was used on a real deal before it was ever offered to anyone else.

Core Website Build

A designed, fast, mobile-first site with your copy, your brand, and a contact path that reaches you. Changes after launch come through us — add the custom content backend below if you want to make them yourself.

$5,000

Add what you need

  • Additional page

Each extra designed page — services, about, area pages, whatever the business needs.

    +$600

    per page

    0 pages
  • Custom content backend / CMS

Update the site yourself after it's delivered — text, images, pages, and any content types we build for you — through an admin panel, with no developer involved. Without this, changes come through us.

    +$2,500

  • Booking & schedulingHas running costs

Let people book time directly, synced to your calendar with reminders.

Some scheduling providers charge a monthly fee per calendar.

    +$1,200

  • E-commerce & paymentsHas running costs

Products, checkout, and payment processing built into the site.

Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider per transaction.

    +$3,000

  • Custom public functionalityContact for scope

Something bespoke that visitors use on the public site — a pricing calculator, a configurator like the estimator on this page, a search or matching tool, a flow that doesn't come off a shelf. For dashboards and portals you use internally, see Business Systems.

What this takes to set up · Adds 2–4 weeks depending on scope
    • A defined behavior: what a visitor puts in, what they get out
    • Access to any system it has to read from or write to
    • A test pass against real data before launch

    $3,500+

  • Rush deliveryFaster delivery

Moves you to the front of the queue and compresses the timeline.

    +25%

  • CRM IntegrationContact for scopeHas running costs

Leads, forms and enquiries from the site land in the CRM your team already works in — FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, REI Pebble or another — checked against existing records so a repeat submitter updates a contact instead of creating a second one. Routing, field mapping and the follow-up trigger are set up with it.

Automation platform fees, typically $20–$30/mo, billed to you directly

    $1,500+

  • Copy / Content MigrationContact for scope

Moving existing copy, pages, posts and media across from the current site — rewritten where it earns it, reformatted where it doesn't, and redirected so nothing that ranks today loses its URL. Priced by how much there is and what state it arrives in.

    $1,500+

  • Photography / VideoContact for scope

Original photography or video, shot for the site rather than licensed from a stock library. Scoped per shoot — location, crew, travel and the number of finished assets all move the number, so there is no honest fixed price to publish.

Simple build

Pricing more than one service? Add each and send them together.

Or send just this one

Most complete website projects land between $7,500 and $15,000. Ongoing service is optional and currently starts at $500/month.

The full system

Need the workflow behind the site too?

Add CRM, follow-up, reporting, a portal, AI workflows, or custom software without starting another project from scratch.

Build the Full System

Past the configurator

Some work doesn't fit in a form.

The configurator handles builds we can scope from a list of modules. Above that, the work stops being a bigger version of the same thing — it's a different engagement, and it starts with figuring out what's actually being built rather than picking parts.

Systems built to be resold

Software a business sells on to franchisees or members — multi-tenant from the start, with the accounts, permissions, and billing that implies.

Multi-location and multi-site

One system, many locations or brands, sharing a spine but not a database row. Different problem from one site done well.

A full presence, not a website

When the site is one piece of a larger push and the photography, video, and campaign have to hold together with it.

Priced per engagement, after we understand the work — typically starting around $25,000, and scoped in writing before anything begins.

One thing we'll say early rather than late: a build is limited by the assets going into it. If the photography and video aren't there yet, we'll tell you that before the design, not after — it's the difference between a site that looks expensive and one that looks like it wanted to.

After launch

Build once. Keep improving every month.

Every build can end at handover — your data, content and domain are yours either way. Most don't end there, because software that nobody tends stops working long before it looks broken.

Care

$500/mo

Everything stays up, patched, backed up, and current.

A build that's finished and needs to stay healthy.

  • Hosting, domain, and SSL managed for you
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • Daily backups, and a tested way to restore them
  • Uptime monitoring — we find out before your customers do
  • Small content changes, up to an hour a month
  • Email support, next business day

Software that isn’t maintained doesn’t stay still, it degrades. You can handle this yourself — we’ll hand over everything and show you how. Most people would rather not.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Managed

Most common

$1,500/mo

We keep building. You get hours every month and someone who knows the system.

A business that keeps changing, and a system that has to change with it.

  • Everything in Care
  • Five hours of build time every month — new pages, features, fixes, whatever it is
  • A monthly call to decide what those hours go to
  • Priority response, same business day
  • Google Business Profile kept current
  • Integrations monitored, and repaired when a third party changes something
  • Quarterly report on what shipped and what it did

Most work doesn’t end at launch. Under Care those changes become quotes; here they’re just the next thing we do.

Hours don’t roll over. A plan that banks them turns into a debt we’re both managing instead of work that gets done.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Growth Intelligence

$3,000/mo

The build stays current and the site actively works on getting found.

A business where one won job pays for the year.

  • Everything in Managed
  • One improvement shipped every week — a guide, an answer, schema, internal links
  • Written to be extractable by AI engines as well as ranked by Google — structured so an answer can be lifted cleanly, with no promise it will be
  • Monthly check of whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews actually name you
  • Review requests drafted for you to send after each job
  • Local rank tracked from the places your customers actually search
  • A monthly number for what that traffic would have cost to buy

Plenty of people now ask an assistant who to call and take the answer. Getting named there is a different job from ranking, and neither is something anyone can promise you.

One genuinely useful improvement a week, rather than a batch of thin ones. We favour deliberate publishing over mass-generated pages because usefulness and clarity are what hold up over time — but no publishing cadence guarantees a ranking or a citation.

We don’t buy links, automate reviews, or spin up pages with the town name swapped. Those tactics trade durable authority for short-term volume, and they carry real search-quality risk.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Operating Partner

from$5,000/mo

We function as your product and systems team, without you hiring one.

A business where software is now part of how the money is made.

  • Everything in Growth Intelligence
  • A larger development allocation every month, scoped to what the business needs
  • Workflow improvements as the operation changes, not once a quarter
  • AI and automation monitored, with failures caught before they cost you
  • New dashboards and reporting when a question needs answering
  • Integrations built and maintained as your tool stack moves
  • A product roadmap kept current with where the business is going
  • Priority response
  • A systems audit every quarter

Scoped per engagement. Included hours and response times are defined in the agreement.

Plans start after launch and are quoted with the build, so the monthly number is never a surprise later. Third-party costs — hosting that scales, message fees, model usage — are billed through at cost plus a small markup and itemized.

Goldstone-owned software may also carry a separate platform license where applicable. See how build, licence and service are priced .

Questions people ask first.

Is the configurator price the real price?

The configurator price is a real estimate, not a placeholder. Modules are priced the way Goldstone actually scopes work, so the number you build is the number the conversation starts from. We confirm it once we understand the specifics, and anything scoped per project is marked on the card rather than hidden.

What happens after I send a quote?

Your selections, the total, and the timeline arrive with the inquiry, so you don't have to re-explain anything. We come back to you directly, usually within a couple of business days, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Do I own the site when it is done?

Your data, content, brand assets and domain are always yours, registered in your name from day one and never conditional on paying us. Work built from scratch for you can transfer as the agreement defines. The reusable technology underneath stays Goldstone's and is licensed to you, and we identify which parts are which before work begins. The ownership and licensing page sets out the full policy, including how hosting moves to your own account and what a custom-ownership quote covers.

Do I have to pay monthly?

Only if you want the maintenance and support tier, which covers updates, monitoring, and changes you'd rather not make yourself. Separately, some services carry their own ongoing costs based on what you build and how much you use it — texting, AI workflows, and certain integrations bill on usage. We tell you which of your selections have ongoing costs before you commit to anything, so nothing shows up on a bill you weren't expecting.

How long does it actually take?

The configurator shows a band based on what you selected — most builds land between two and eight weeks. Rush delivery compresses it for an added fee. The honest caveat: timelines slip when feedback slips, so the main variable is usually how fast we can get answers from you.

I already have a site. Can you work with it?

Yes — we carry your existing information over into a newly designed, fully functional site. What we don't do is try to repair an old build. Patching a site that's fighting you costs more than starting clean and rarely ends well. So we take the content that's worth keeping, rebuild around it properly, and add what was missing.

I already own my domain and hosting. Can I keep them?

The domain, always — it stays in your account and we point it at the new site. Hosting depends on what you're building. A brochure page runs almost anywhere, but a site with booking, a database, or automation behind it needs infrastructure most website-builder plans can't provide. We'll tell you plainly whether yours can carry what you're asking for. If it can't, hosting is included while you're on a plan, and it transfers to you whenever you want it.
