Industries
Different industries.
Goldstone does not force every business into the same template. Operating environments differ, and the constraints that matter in a van are not the constraints that matter across four clinics. What does repeat is the list of ways a growing operation comes apart.
Where to start
Pick the one that sounds like your operation.
Each page covers the problems that environment produces, what we would build, where ordinary automation beats AI, and when custom software is the wrong answer.
Across all of them
AI-ready operations
Some businesses carry a lot of repetitive, unstructured information. That is the condition that makes AI worth paying for, and it appears in every industry above.
-
Document classification
Paperwork arriving in twenty formats, needing the same eight fields out of each.
-
Knowledge retrieval
Answers that exist somewhere in your own documents and take a person ten minutes to find.
-
Lead and request triage
Free text arriving from several channels that has to be understood before it can be routed.
-
Data extraction
Fields pulled from photographed forms, scans and supplier documents.
-
Internal assistants
Staff facing tools over your own operational data, inside your own permissions.
-
Operational agents
Narrow, repetitive work with a clear definition of done, under approval and audit.
Where ordinary automation is better, which is most of the time.
If the rule can be written in a sentence, write it as code. Due dates, escalations, reminders, routing, pricing rules and status changes are deterministic problems, and deterministic software handles them predictably and fast, with no model charge per decision. AI earns its place where the input is genuinely unstructured. We will say which is which in the plan, and it is usually a smaller project than people expect.
Proof
What we can actually show you.
Goldstone is building the connected operating system for RoverCT, a mobile veterinary CT service: public site, Veterinarian Portal, request based scheduling, county level service areas, records and notes, urgent request routing, invoicing and a payment workflow, and an operator dashboard. It is an active paid build in advanced implementation. It has not launched, and no measured business results are claimed.
Where a page above speaks from running a business rather than from client work, it says so. Operator understanding and client proof are both useful and they are not the same thing.
Next step
Describe what is going wrong. We will work out what fixes it.
You do not need to know which category you are in, or what software you need. Describe the problem in your own words and you will get a preliminary plan naming the bottlenecks, the system we would build, a realistic investment range and an honest next step.
