Goldstone Solutions · Custom software + automation

We build the software around your business.

Your website should not end at a contact form. We connect the public site to the CRM, follow-up, scheduling, client portal, payments, reporting, and AI workflows behind it — or build the custom software your operation is missing.

Start with one broken workflow or build the whole operating system. Real scope. Real pricing. No black-box proposal process.

Premium websites from $5,000 · Business systems from $7,500 · Custom apps from $15,000 · Business operating systems from $20,000

Based in Phoenix, Arizona. Serving clients nationwide.

Most growing businesses are running on software that does not talk to itself.

A lead comes through the website. Someone copies it into a CRM. A text gets sent manually. Scheduling lives somewhere else. The customer calls for an update. An invoice is created by hand. Reporting happens in a spreadsheet.

Goldstone replaces the gaps between those systems — without forcing you to replace tools that already work.

Built, not pitched

RoverCT is not a website project. It is the software around the business.

RoverCT brings a CT scanner to the veterinary practice. Goldstone is building the operating system around it — the public site, the portal practices work in, scheduling, records, invoicing and the operator's daily dashboard, on a foundation designed for multiple organizations from the first commit.

Before the call

Scope it before the sales call.

Agencies often hide the number until after an hour-long call. Goldstone's configurators let you select the modules you actually need, see an estimated build cost and timeline, and carry that scope into the conversation. Complex software still needs final scoping, but you will know the order of magnitude before anyone asks you to book a discovery.

After launch

Build once. Keep improving every month.

Every build can end at handover — your data, content and domain are yours either way. Most don't end there, because software that nobody tends stops working long before it looks broken.

Care

$500/mo

Everything stays up, patched, backed up, and current.

A build that's finished and needs to stay healthy.

  • Hosting, domain, and SSL managed for you
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • Daily backups, and a tested way to restore them
  • Uptime monitoring — we find out before your customers do
  • Small content changes, up to an hour a month
  • Email support, next business day

Software that isn’t maintained doesn’t stay still, it degrades. You can handle this yourself — we’ll hand over everything and show you how. Most people would rather not.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Managed

Most common

$1,500/mo

We keep building. You get hours every month and someone who knows the system.

A business that keeps changing, and a system that has to change with it.

  • Everything in Care
  • Five hours of build time every month — new pages, features, fixes, whatever it is
  • A monthly call to decide what those hours go to
  • Priority response, same business day
  • Google Business Profile kept current
  • Integrations monitored, and repaired when a third party changes something
  • Quarterly report on what shipped and what it did

Most work doesn’t end at launch. Under Care those changes become quotes; here they’re just the next thing we do.

Hours don’t roll over. A plan that banks them turns into a debt we’re both managing instead of work that gets done.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Growth Intelligence

$3,000/mo

The build stays current and the site actively works on getting found.

A business where one won job pays for the year.

  • Everything in Managed
  • One improvement shipped every week — a guide, an answer, schema, internal links
  • Written to be extractable by AI engines as well as ranked by Google — structured so an answer can be lifted cleanly, with no promise it will be
  • Monthly check of whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews actually name you
  • Review requests drafted for you to send after each job
  • Local rank tracked from the places your customers actually search
  • A monthly number for what that traffic would have cost to buy

Plenty of people now ask an assistant who to call and take the answer. Getting named there is a different job from ranking, and neither is something anyone can promise you.

One genuinely useful improvement a week, rather than a batch of thin ones. We favour deliberate publishing over mass-generated pages because usefulness and clarity are what hold up over time — but no publishing cadence guarantees a ranking or a citation.

We don’t buy links, automate reviews, or spin up pages with the town name swapped. Those tactics trade durable authority for short-term volume, and they carry real search-quality risk.

Month to month. Cancel any time.

Operating Partner

from$5,000/mo

We function as your product and systems team, without you hiring one.

A business where software is now part of how the money is made.

  • Everything in Growth Intelligence
  • A larger development allocation every month, scoped to what the business needs
  • Workflow improvements as the operation changes, not once a quarter
  • AI and automation monitored, with failures caught before they cost you
  • New dashboards and reporting when a question needs answering
  • Integrations built and maintained as your tool stack moves
  • A product roadmap kept current with where the business is going
  • Priority response
  • A systems audit every quarter

Scoped per engagement. Included hours and response times are defined in the agreement.

Plans start after launch and are quoted with the build, so the monthly number is never a surprise later. Third-party costs — hosting that scales, message fees, model usage — are billed through at cost plus a small markup and itemized.

Goldstone-owned software may also carry a separate platform license where applicable. See how build, licence and service are priced .

Fit

A good fit when software is becoming part of how the business makes money.

We take on a small number of projects and do them properly, rather than a large number quickly. That works well for some businesses and badly for others, so here's the honest version before you spend time on a quote.

A good fit

  • One additional customer or job would materially help pay for the system
  • Repetitive admin or follow-up is eating time you are paying for
  • Customers need to book, pay, upload, track, or interact online
  • You are adding locations, vehicles, team members, franchisees, or volume
  • Off-the-shelf tools almost work, but the gaps are the expensive part

Probably not us

  • You need the cheapest brochure website — Squarespace and Wix are genuinely good at that, and we would be a worse version of it
  • You want mass-produced content or automated reviews
  • It has to be live next week with the scope still moving
  • You have an in-house product team and need extra hands rather than someone who owns the outcome

No hard feelings either way. If one of these is you, say so on the call and we'll point you at whatever actually fits — it's a faster conversation than a quote neither of us wanted.

Who builds it

Built by an operator, not just for operators.

Goldstone started because David Stone kept building software for his own companies — land acquisition tools, underwriting systems, workflow apps, and the websites around them. The advantage is not that every industry is the same. It is that Goldstone approaches software from the operating problem first: what is expensive, what breaks, what has to be true, and what should remain manual.

About Goldstone

Questions people ask first.

What is a business operating system?

One connected system covering the public site and the work that happens after a lead arrives — capture, CRM, follow-up, scheduling, a client portal, payments, reporting, and whatever custom software the operation needs. It is the same build as buying those pieces separately, minus the gaps between them. Most businesses arrive with several of these already, bought at different times and not talking to each other. We connect what works and build what is missing, rather than replacing tools your team already knows.

How do I know whether I need a website, a system, or an app?

Most people arrive knowing something is broken rather than knowing what to build. The rough division: a website is how people find and contact you, a business system is what happens to them after they do, and an app is when the work itself needs software that does not exist yet. Plenty of businesses need one and not the other two. Describe what is not working and you will get a straight answer about which it is, including when the answer is none of them.

Why are your prices on the website?

Because hiding them wastes both our time. Most agencies keep pricing off the page so every enquiry becomes a sales call, which means you spend an hour discovering someone is triple your budget. Every service here has a configurator that builds a real estimate in about two minutes. Modules, timeline and running costs are all in it, so you can decide whether we're worth a conversation before having one.

Where are you based, and do you work with businesses elsewhere?

Goldstone Enterprises LLC is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with an office at 7301 N 16th St, Suite 102. Local work across the Phoenix metro is a real advantage for anything involving photography, video, or being in the room. Everything else works remotely and a good portion of our clients are elsewhere — the land investing work in particular is national.

What happens after launch?

Launch is the start of the useful part. You can take the keys and run it yourself, or stay on a plan where we keep it patched, monitored, backed up and improving. Most stay, because unmaintained software degrades quietly and the failure usually shows up as lost leads rather than an error. Plans start at $500 a month and are quoted with the build, so the ongoing number is never a surprise afterwards.

Show us where the business is breaking.

Build the scope yourself or send us the problem. If software is the right answer, we will show you what to build. If it is not, we will tell you that too.
