People decide who to trust with care before they ever call.
Private duty nursing, home health, in-home care. Families are choosing someone to let into their house, and they decide from a phone screen. We build the site that earns that, and the intake that makes booking take seconds.
Families choosing in-home care are deciding who to let into the house. That is a different decision from picking a restaurant, and it gets made on a phone, usually in a bad week, often by an adult child three states away.
What actually gets you called
Credentials get you considered. Board certification, years of experience, specialty — those belong at the top, where someone checks them in the first ten seconds. But credentials alone read as institutional, and institutional is not what someone wants for their mother.
What gets you called is the sense that a real person is on the other end. A photo, plain language about what you actually do, and a way to reach you that doesn’t require a form with fourteen fields.
The independent has more to gain than the agency
An agency has a brand, a building, and a marketing budget. An independent nurse has a referral and a phone number — which means the site is doing more work, not less.
Our own nursing client put it plainly: before the site she had business cards, and every new client meant establishing credibility from scratch in person. Now a referral forwards a link that explains who she is before they ever speak.
Intake that respects the situation
Most first contacts come from a family member, not the client. So the form asks who they’re calling about, keeps it short, and reaches you fast enough to call back the same day — because the family calling you is usually calling three other people too.

Something bespoke that visitors use on the public site — a pricing calculator, a configurator like the estimator on this page, a search or matching tool, a flow that doesn't come off a shelf. For dashboards and portals you use internally, see Business Systems.

Leads, forms and enquiries from the site land in the CRM your team already works in — FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, REI Pebble or another — checked against existing records so a repeat submitter updates a contact instead of creating a second one. Routing, field mapping and the follow-up trigger are set up with it.

- Copy / Content MigrationContact for scope
Moving existing copy, pages, posts and media across from the current site — rewritten where it earns it, reformatted where it doesn't, and redirected so nothing that ranks today loses its URL. Priced by how much there is and what state it arrives in.

- Photography / VideoContact for scope
Original photography or video, shot for the site rather than licensed from a stock library. Scoped per shoot — location, crew, travel and the number of finished assets all move the number, so there is no honest fixed price to publish.

Questions people ask first.
Is the intake form HIPAA compliant?
A standard web form is not, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you need to collect protected health information, that needs a compliant intake provider and a signed BAA — we'll wire the site into one rather than build something that quietly puts you at risk.
Can clients book or request care directly from the site?
Yes, with scheduling added. It syncs to your calendar, sends reminders, and ends the phone tag that eats an afternoon. For home care specifically, most first contacts come from a family member in a difficult week rather than from the client themselves. So the form asks who they're calling about, and the intake reaches you fast enough to call back the same day.
How do I show my credentials without looking like a hospital website?
By leading with them and then getting out of the way. Board certification, years of experience, and specialty go at the top where a family checks them in the first ten seconds — but the rest of the page should read like a person, not an institution. Families choosing in-home care are deciding who to let into the house. Credentials get you considered; warmth is what gets you called.
I'm one nurse, not an agency. Is a website overkill?
For a single nurse a website is the opposite of overkill — an independent has less to point to than an agency, so the site does more work, not less. Without one, a referral has to remember your name and a number. With one, they forward a link that explains you before you speak. That's the whole argument, and it's why our own nursing client says the site earns credibility she previously had to establish in person every time.
What should home care scheduling software actually do?
Match the right caregiver to the right client, respect availability and travel time, absorb the visit that changes at short notice, and produce records that stand up later. Most agencies run scheduling in one tool, intake in another and billing in a third, then reconcile the three by hand. Goldstone does not sell a packaged home care scheduling product. It builds or connects the scheduling, intake, staff and client workflows an agency actually runs on, so one change updates everything downstream.
