Websites / Land Investors

Your CRM is fine. Your website is the problem.

FreedomSoft, REI Pebble and GoHighLevel are good at what they do — and the sites they generate look like it. We build the front end that makes you look like the professional buyer you are, and wire your leads straight into the CRM you already pay for.

Most land investors we talk to have the same setup: a CRM that works, a mailer that works, and a website they’re quietly embarrassed to send anyone.

That’s not an accident. FreedomSoft, REI Pebble, and GoHighLevel are built to run deals, and the site builders bolted onto them are an afterthought. They produce something that loads slowly, looks like every other investor’s, and tells a seller nothing about whether you’re a real business.

Why that matters more for land than for most businesses

A seller getting your postcard has no idea who you are. They’re going to look you up, on a phone, standing in a kitchen, deciding in about ten seconds whether to call the number or throw the mail away. That’s the entire job of your website, and a template with a stock photo of a house fails it.

Land makes it harder still. You’re often buying from someone who inherited a parcel three states away and has never sold land before. They’re not comparing offers — they’re deciding whether this is a scam.

We buy land too, which is why this exists

alot.land was built for our own acquisitions, because FreedomSoft’s builder couldn’t produce something worth sending to a seller. Listings we update ourselves, shareable pages for social, a form that works on a phone, and a number that logs every call.

Everything in the investor bundle — due diligence, parcel research, subdivide math — runs against live deals here before it gets licensed to anyone.

Your CRM stays where it is

We integrate rather than replace. Seller leads from your site land in the CRM your team already works in, deduplicated against existing records so a repeat submitter doesn’t become a second file. Nobody retrains, nobody migrates, and you keep the mailers and phone numbers you already pay for.

Packages

Two ways to work with us.

Both start with a site. What differs is the system behind it — and whether you need software to underwrite deals.

Includes licensed apps

Land investors, acquisition teams, and funds

Our own business

We built it for ourselves first.

A land investing business — acquiring, subdividing, and selling rural and residential land. Not a client project: it's the company Goldstone runs, and the reason most of the land tooling exists.

alot.land is the proof. It's a production site running real acquisition traffic, backed by the same stack Goldstone sells — and the deal-analysis apps in the investor bundle were all built to serve it first.

Goldstone didn’t build alot.land for a client. We built it for ourselves, and it’s been running acquisitions ever since.

That matters more than a portfolio piece normally would. The tooling in the investor package — due diligence, parcel research, subdivide analysis — exists because this business needed it. Every one of those apps was used on a real deal before it was ever offered to anyone else.

Leads, forms and enquiries from the site land in the CRM your team already works in — FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, REI Pebble or another — checked against existing records so a repeat submitter updates a contact instead of creating a second one. Routing, field mapping and the follow-up trigger are set up with it.

Automation platform fees, typically $20–$30/mo, billed to you directly

  • Copy / Content MigrationContact for scope

Moving existing copy, pages, posts and media across from the current site — rewritten where it earns it, reformatted where it doesn't, and redirected so nothing that ranks today loses its URL. Priced by how much there is and what state it arrives in.

  • Photography / VideoContact for scope

Original photography or video, shot for the site rather than licensed from a stock library. Scoped per shoot — location, crew, travel and the number of finished assets all move the number, so there is no honest fixed price to publish.

Most complete website projects land between $7,500 and $15,000. Ongoing service is optional and currently starts at $500/month.

Questions people ask first.

Do I have to switch off FreedomSoft or GoHighLevel?

No, and you shouldn't. FreedomSoft handles mailers, phone numbers, and contracts well, and replacing it means abandoning years of records to solve a problem you don't have. We build the front end and wire your seller leads into whichever CRM you already pay for. If your current setup genuinely can't do something you need, we'll tell you — but integrating beats migrating almost every time.

Can my website send seller leads straight into my CRM?

Yes. A form submission becomes a seller lead in FreedomSoft, REI Pebble, or GoHighLevel automatically. It checks against your existing records first, so a repeat submitter updates the record you already have rather than becoming a second one. The integration costs $1,500. It runs through an automation platform that bills you roughly $20 to $30 a month. That fee is yours rather than ours, and you should hear it now instead of finding it on a statement.

Do you actually buy land yourself, or just build for people who do?

Both, and the buying came first. alot.land was built for our own acquisitions because FreedomSoft's site builder couldn't produce something worth sending to a seller. Every tool in the investor bundle runs against live deals here before it gets licensed to anyone. It means you're not explaining what a subdivide is, or why a cold seller needs a different page than a buyer list.

Will the site work for direct mail and cold traffic?

Direct mail and cold traffic are what these sites are built for. A seller arriving from a postcard is skeptical, on a phone, and deciding in seconds whether this is a real business — a different job from a site that waits to be found. It loads fast and asks little. The offer form is short enough to finish standing in a driveway. Campaign-specific landing pages are straightforward to add.
