Founding Partner Program · Mobile Services
We are choosing a few mobile businesses to build this with.
Goldstone is building operating systems for businesses whose service travels to the customer. Founding partners get a 30% implementation credit in exchange for structured feedback during the build and permission to document what we built together.
This is a selection, not a sale. We are looking for a handful of operators whose problems will make the product better — not for whoever moves fastest on a discount.
The offer
A 30% credit on implementation.
Stated exactly, because a credit whose edges are vague becomes an argument at invoice time.
Off eligible implementation fees
Applied to the build itself — the foundation and the scoped layers above it. On a $20,000 operating system that is a $6,000 credit.
Applied by Goldstone during scoping and shown on the proposal. There is no public code to enter.
What the credit does not cover
- Ongoing Care, Managed, Growth Intelligence or Operating Partner plans
- Goldstone software licence fees, where a licence applies
- Third-party software and infrastructure billed by their providers
- The rush surcharge, which pays for capacity rather than scope
- Work added after the scope is approved
Recurring services and licence fees stay at standard rates. The credit is on the build.
Who this is for
What makes a good founding partner.
No countdown and no spot count — when there is a real limit we will say the number. What decides this is fit.
-
A real operating mobile or field-service business
Vehicles, technicians, or crews that travel to the customer — not a plan to start one.
-
A repeatable workflow
The same job shape happening often enough that software can take work out of it.
-
Meaningful administrative friction
Time going into scheduling, chasing, retyping and invoicing that nobody would miss.
-
Job economics that justify it
Enough value per customer or job that a system pays for itself in work won or hours returned.
-
An owner who will be in the room
Founding partners shape the build. That needs the person who actually knows how the work runs.
-
Willingness to be documented
Structured feedback during implementation, and permission for Goldstone to write up the build.
Already real
The model is being built in the real world right now.
Active paid client build · Advanced implementation
RoverCT brings a CT scanner to the veterinary practice. Goldstone is building the connected system around it — the public site, a portal for practices, request-based scheduling, county-level service areas, records and notes, urgent requests, invoicing and payments, and the operator's daily dashboard.
RoverCT is a standard paid engagement rather than a founding partner — it proves the architecture, not these commercial terms.
“I'm really impressed with this. Really impressed.”
How it works
What happens after you apply.
-
1
Apply
Tell us what the business does and where the work is breaking.
-
2
Fit Call
A real conversation about whether software is the right answer. Free, and we will say no when it is.
-
3
Scope
We map the workflow and price the system, with the credit applied on the proposal.
-
4
Build
You stay involved. That participation is what you are trading the credit for.
Tell us how the work actually runs.
If your service travels to the customer and the admin around it is eating the day, this is the conversation. If software is not the answer, we will tell you that instead.
