What happens on a Goldstone Fit Call?
A Goldstone Fit Call is a free conversation about the operating problem — what the business sells, what is slow or breaking, what software already works, and whether Goldstone is the right answer. It ends with a recommendation: configure a build, start with a Systems Blueprint, or that we are not the right fit. It is not a free architecture session. Mapping a complex operation properly is what the paid Blueprint is for. The call is how we work out whether you need one, and we will tell you when you do not.
What if I don't know what software my business needs?
Most people arrive knowing something is broken rather than knowing what to build, and that is a normal place to start. Describe what is expensive, repetitive, or failing, and the Fit Call works out whether the answer is a website, a system, custom software, or none of those. If the operation is complicated enough that nobody can describe the whole flow in one sitting, the Systems Blueprint exists to map it properly before anyone commits to a build.
How much should I budget before contacting Goldstone?
Goldstone builds start at $5,000 for a premium website, $7,500 for a business system, $15,000 for a custom app, and $20,000 for a full business operating system. You do not need a firm budget to make contact — but knowing which order of magnitude you are in makes the first conversation useful. Every service has a configurator that prices your version before you speak to anyone, and the contact form has a budget range with "not sure" as a real answer.
